My name is Nick Peterson, and I founded Rooster Habits Coaching to help you break free from these cycles and regain control of your life.

As an Olympian, I know that the key to making lasting change is to focus on process rather than results.

We'll work together to create a personalized plan to help you overcome obstacles that have hindered your progress in the past. Whether you're a CEO trying to maximize your day or a stay-at-home parent looking to get back in shape, I'm here to help. Together, we'll identify small victories that will lead to significant changes and transformations.

Unlike therapy, when we talked about coping mechanisms and habits developed in childhood, Nick helped me to look at this in an objective and compassionate way, to start to recognize my patterns, and to even attempt to correct them.
